A Detailed Look at Texaco's Remediation Efforts and Judicial Site Inspections
The Superior Court in Nueva Loja, Ecuador, has determined that an individual inspection of oil production sites is necessary as part of the judicial review of the case. ChevronTexaco welcomes this judicial inspection process, and has designed this website as an up-to-date resource guide to the history, scope and quality of Texaco's remediation effort. Sites that fell outside of Texaco's scope of work, and thus were the responsibility of PetroEcuador, are also examined in detail.
