With its network of 17 Texaco-branded sites, Texaco has a 9 percent retail market share in Luxembourg and employs more than 100 people. The largest Texaco-branded service station in Europe is located in Luxembourg (Aire de Capellen Nord). Chevron Luxembourg also markets the Texaco lubricant products and services.

At the research facility—Chevron Technology Ghent—new products are developed and tested and existing products are modified. Activities include researching motor oils and marine motor oils, developing additives for gasoline and diesel, and researching coolants. The marketing department for lubricants products in the country is also based at the center.
